Ingredients:

Tomahawk steak

1. The night before, generously apply coarse sea salt to your fine fine steak and chuck them into the fridge overnight.

2. Remove the steaks from the fridge, then apply a binder (we used Wagyu Beef Tallow).

3. generously apply the rub of your choice.

4. Set your smoker to 225F and put your steaks in the smoker until they reach an internal temperature of 115F.

5. Set your grill (or smoker) up for direct grilling.  Grill the steaks on all sides until you have a nice crust and the internal temperature is 130F.

6. Slice up your steaks and serve.  ENJOY!
