Smoked Cheesy Garlic Bread

Epic Smokey Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

 

1 cup good mayonnaise 

1/4 cup Dijon mustard  

1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup cheddar (We used Trader Joe’s Unexpected Cheddar)

1 1/2 t kosher salt  

1/2 t freshly ground black pepper 

1/2 t white pepper 

6 oz. Cream Cheese, softened

1/4 cup minced garlic

1 loaf of French bread

 

1. Pre-heat smoker to 250 degrees. Place the cream cheese on a plate or in a bowl at the far side of the smoker. After 30 minutes remove the cream cheese.

2. In a mixing bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, parmesan cheese, salt, peppers, garlic, cheddar and cream cheese.

3. Spread your mixture evenly over your French bread.  If you have leftover spread, it will keep in the fridge for about a week.  It makes absolutely amazing grilled cheese sandwiches.

4. Place the bread in the over on broil and cook until the cheese spread melts and begins to brown a little.  ENJOY!
