Corn and Jicama Salad

This Easy Mexican Side Dish Will Wow Your Family! Corn and Jicama Salad

Here is a refreshing salad that goes well with any Mexican dish!

Ingredients:

 

1 cup Mexicorn, drained  

1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained  

1/2 cup finely chopped peeled jicama

2 T minced fresh cilantro

1 T lime juice

1/4 t ground cumin  

1/4 t salt  

 

Directions

1. In a small bowl, combine the corn, beans, jicama, cilantro, lime juice, cumin and salt. Cover and refrigerate until serving.  ENJOY!
