Grilled Picanha Steaks
One of our very favorite cuts of beef, the picanha can be cooked as a roast, or in steaks mounted on skewers like you would get in a Brazillian Steakhouse.
Ingredients:
Picanha roast, cut into 2” thick strips
1. Thread the piranha strips onto the skewers, making a “c” shape.
2. Season both sides with salt and pepper. If you need a binder, use avocado spray.
3. Grill the piranha over a direct flame, flipping every 3 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 130F.
4. Allow the piranha to rest for 10-15 minutes.
5. Slice thinly against the grain. Goes very well with Red Chimichurri .
6. Serve and ENJOY!
