Pulled Pork in the Ninja® Woodfire Pro Outdoor Grill
Our first cook on the Ninja® Woodfire Pro Outdoor Grill! Find out: Is the Ninja® Woodfire Pro Outdoor Grill any good?
Ingredients:
4 lb pork shoulder
R Butts R Smokin’ Cherry Habanero Rub
Kosmo Q Killer Bee Honey Chipotle
1. Spray the pork shoulder with avocado spray and apply a mix of the rubs.
2. Place the pork in the Woodier grill.
3. Add 1 scoop of the pellets to the hopper.
4. Insert the probe into the center of the pork shoulder.
5. Select the woodier to “Smoke” at 225F, “Manual” with a target temperature of 203F.
6. Depress the “Start” button.
7. If you need to add more pellets at any time, add them, then depress the “Ignite” button. We ended up adding an additional 2.5 scoops of pellets.
8. This cook took us 6 hours with a 45 minute rest. (We will note that the bark was darker than what we normally get with out pellet smoker.)
9. Shred and serve. ENJOY!
