What is American Wagyu?
Ingredients:
American Wagyu T-Bone Steak
USDA Prime T-Bone Steak
1 T sea salt
1. The night before, on a wire rack on a baking sheet, place your steaks on the rack, then sprinkle sea salt on both sides to “dry-brine” the steaks. Place in the refrigerator until about 1 hour before grilling time.
2. Cover the steaks in a thin layer of Wagyu Beef Tallow (we get ours from Amazon), then apply your favorite rub (we love Montreal Steak Seasoning).
3. Cook your steaks your favorite way. We did it over direct flame at 550F in our Yoder YS-640 Pellet Grill/Smoker.
4. Let the steaks rest for 10-15 minutes, covered lightly with foil.
5. Carve, serve and ENJOY!
