Taking Your Tailgating or Party Snacks to a Championship Level! | Steak on a Stick
Want a great tail-gating or party food item? Why go with a little smoky on a toothpick? Live a little! Experience steak on a stick!
Ingredients:
Bamboo Skewers
Ribeye (we used aged ribeye)
Sweetwater Spice Co. Brine (we used Apple Chipotle flavor)
Steak Seasoning (We used Jack Daniel’s Steak Seasoning)
The night before:
1. Cut the steak into bite sized pieces.
2. Place the steak bites in a gallon sized zip lock bag. Add 1 cup of brine and 1 cup of water. Shake the bag to mix, then set in the fridge overnight.
The next day:
3. Drain the brine, then thread the steak bites onto the skewers.
4. Apply steak seasoning to the steak on a stick.
5. Cook to your desired doneness on the grill.
6. Serve and ENJOY!
