Smoked Beef Short Ribs

Mouthwatering Beef Short Ribs: Smoked to Perfection!

Short ribs are one of my 3 favorite parts of the cow. Braised or slow cooked in the smoker (ours is a Yoder YS640), this cut of cow is absolutely amazing!

Smoked Beef Short Ribs

Ingredients:

Beef short ribs

Salt

Your favorite rub (I used Killer Hogs Brisket Rub)

1. Salt your short ribs and let set until the crystals disappear.

2. Season your short ribs with rub, getting it on all but the rib (with the membrane) side.

3. Preheat your smoker to 250F. Once the smoke has a clean quality, place your short ribs on the top shelf.

4. Once your short ribs hit 190F, take them off, wrap them in butcher paper and return them to the grill until they reach 200-205F.

5. Remove them from the smoker, allow to rest for at least 15 minutes, them serve and enjoy!
