Mike's FAVORITE Comfort Food dish!
I have been eating this dish since I was knee high to a grasshopper. This is an easy quick meal that will put a smile on your face!
Potatoes and Kielbasa
Ingredients:
2 lbs smoked sausage (I used our home made kielbasa)
12 Yukon Gold Potatoes
12 oz. beer
6 cloves of minced garlic
4 T butter
A healthy pinch of salt and pepper
1 T Cavender’s All Purpose Greek Seasoning
1. Cut the potatoes and sausage into bite sized pieces and add, along with the rest of the ingredients to you pressure cooker/instant pot.
2. Set to Pressure Cook on High Pressure for 20 minutes.
3. Allow pressure to naturally release for at least 10 minutes.
4. Serve and ENJOY!
